To Order:
Once you've found something you like and wish to make a purchase,

3) An invoice will be sent to you if the item you're interested in is still available/ Your enquiry will be addressed

To Pay:
Once we've corresponded and agreed on payment, you can pay either through
1) POSB Funds Transfer (preferred)
OR
2) Interbank Transfer

Upon receiving your payment, we will send your items out ASAP

Delivery
1) Normal Postage starts from $0.26 [1st Local] - $1.00 depending on the weight of each individual parcel. SingPost normally takes 2 - 7 working days (exclusive of weekends/public holidays) to deliver Normal Post.
2) Registered Postage is an additional $2.24 on top of normal postage costs and is calculated per parcel. SingPost normally takes 1 - 3 working days (exclusive of weekends/public holidays) to deliver Registered Parcels.

Terms & Conditions
1) love, mel will not be held responsible for lost parcels / damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail
2) love, mel does not reserve items
3) Prices are non negotiable, in Singapore Dollars
4) All ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot (no scans allowed) of your transaction receipt. love, mel reserves all rights to reject any orders without the snapshot. No refunds will be made as well.
